I was so saddened to hear about the passing of Eliza. I was fortunate to have helped care for her when I worked in the Portsmouth Oncology Center.
And was there to celebrate with her when she went to Key West. What I will always remember about Eliza is her inner strength and smile even when her journey became so difficult.
There are some patients that you never forget and she is one of them.
Love Gail
I was so sad to hear about Eliza. I met Eliza years ago when her and Matt came to visit. Her beautiful smile and warm heart were truly memorable. I will pray for her family and friends that they find comfort in knowing that she is now without pain. I will never forget Eliza.
I am so sad about the passing of Eliza. I met Eliza years ago when she first started having CT scans. Eliza and I were diagnosed with cancer around the same time. She was such an inspiration to me. She always had a positive attitude and a smiling face even when she was hurting. She became a good friend. She had such strength. She fought right up until the end. I saw her shortly before she passed and was so great full that I got to give her that one last hug. I will truly miss her and I will never forget her.
Love,
Julie Peters
