I was saddened to hear of the passing of my Aunt Mary. I can’t imagine the sorrow my cousins are feeling. I am thinking of you all. I will remember her smile and laughter… for she was always the life of the party.

for all that we love deeply becomes part of us.”

What a fun lady MOM was! She was down to earth, dynamic, a world traveler, a great cook and she always had an open heart. She had the ability to bring out sunshine in moments of darkness just by being herself and playing music (she knew that music is medicine)! Victoria and I visited her many times throughout New England all the way to Florida and enjoyed watching movies, telling stories and jokes, eating her delicious Polish food and bringing her to some great live music shows and sunsets.
I will miss you MOM!
Steve
Laura Elliott says
You were an angel. You were everything everybody wanted as a grandmother. Caring , supportive, always around. I can not thank you enough for how much you cared about me or about others. You were probably the only person that I felt , that wanted to be around me more then I wanted to be around myself sometimes, and I appreciated that. I think by now you are very happy with your “bird eye view” on everyone. Watching your family laugh, and be with them on trips and be with them when they are sad. Just like you did when you were here. I want you to know that even when you are gone, I still feel you. I am sure we all do. Everything is going to be okay because now you can be with us all at once.
I love you. Forever and always
Love
Laura, Ella, and the newest member Benny.

Bachie, I do not know where to begin with the memories. I will cherish all the memories we’ve made together; from making mud pies in your back yard, Easter egg hunts, catching a starfish at the beach, great Polish food, fashion tips, treasure hunts at yard sales, and too many day trips to count. You have and always will be the most stylish Grandmother; no other Grandmother could quite pull off leopard print like my Bachie. And I loved that about you, such a fashionista! Thank you for the best advice when dealing with “not so nice” people in traffic, always smile and wave. But most importantly, thank you for raising my mom! She is strong, loving, and amazing. Thank you for everything you taught her and us girls. Rest in peace, Bachie. You will be missed and always well-loved by all three of the Oczkowski girls and our kids.
