I met David on several occasions when he visited his brother Bob in Durham, NH. I remember David as a an urbane, genial, and magnanimous presence. A great conversationalist, David was keenly interested in many subjects. His great energy and appetite for life was truly inspiring. I treasure those brief times I was able to spend in his company. May he Rest In Peace with his brother.
