Hampton, NH – Claude Daniels, 90, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his wife and children, on Sunday, July 9, at Beth Israel Hospital. He left us a month shy of his 68th wedding anniversary to his beloved wife, Rachel Edith (Anctil) Daniels.
Claude was born to Claudia and Aime Daniels of Westbrook, Maine and was the third of ten children. Claude is survived by his wife, Rachel, his five children (Donna, Debra, David, Denise, and Darleen), his eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
After his military service in the Air Force, he went to college followed by a 34-year career at Raytheon as a lead writer on projects such as the Patriot Missile System. He was a quiet and humble man and was happiest when surrounded by his family. He loved watching golden oldie shows and spending hours on his huge stamp collection. He will be missed by all.
The family will be having a private ceremony.

Claude will be missed beyond words that I can say. I had the unique perspective of marrying his only son. I loved his silly sense of humor and great pride for serving our country. I could sit for hours and listen to his stories. Our children David Claude and Nick Finn will miss their wonderful Pepere and his beautiful singing voice. Heaven just received the most precious gift.
