I am a very fortunate and a better person for knowing him the short time I spent with him. I felt as if I had already known him for years, when I first met Tony only a few years ago.
It was my privilege to hear his life stories, of his hard work, the people he met and places he went. From his childhood, his lovely wife and family- all lessons to learn from him and impressions left to ponder- serving his country in Korea, driving a tank!
Full of so much life, a gentleman and a scholar, an enduring character and gentle soul – I will miss our afternoons together, his memory will always live in a special place in my heart.
