Gloria will always live in my heart. I worked with her at Baldpate Hospital in Georgetown. We had many great laughs and smiles. She was a proud and sophisticated woman, very skilled at wearing stiletto heels. She had a wonderful alto voice, perfect for office duets. Rest in peace my friend. Until we laugh again.
I am really saddened to hear of Gloria’s death. To say Gloria was a larger than life character would be an understatement. She lived a life of service, love, compassion and excellence. I will always have happy memories of our time together, the laughter, the songs. Hers was a life well lived. May she rest in peace.
Gloria will always live in my heart. We had many great laughs and smile. My cousin, was there in trying times. Now rests in a place she must desire what is lacking on earth ,can be found above, in that place of harmony and rhyme of the universe, which makes everyone rise above, and the higher self. With kindest thoughts you always cousin.
Gloria was at first a client of mine, then friend, and soon family. She always claimed I was the daughter she never had. Her stories & memories of music and enjoyment of life were bountiful. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered for she was a woman who really “lived” <3
